Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Keptora browser extension and desktop application ("Service") operated by Keptora ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. License Grant

Keptora grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Service strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. User Responsibilities (Copyright)

You agree that you will not use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you download using Keptora. You must ensure you have the legal right or permission to save and use the images you download.

4. Pro Subscription & Refunds

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as yearly). Payment is processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the software does not work on your device and our support team cannot fix it, a refund may be issued within 14 days of purchase.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Keptora expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Keptora be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
